• New clients must complete a health intake form before service. This allows us to fully understand your needs so we can develop a healing system designed for you.

• If you’re feeling ill to protect you, my other customers, and myself please reschedule your appointment.

• Staff has the rights to decline services due to disorderly behavior. Please treat us in a professional manner.

• We do allow you to bring one child to the visit, but please make sure you can have your full undivided attention with us during the healing process.

• Clients may cancel their appointments 24 hours before service.

• Same day cancellations results in a 100% charge.

• Please complete invoicing as final confirmation of attending service.
